Brief de Design de Logo

We're looking for a logo for our new company.  We're in the exact same business as this company: http://www.karfos.com/ and would like a similarly nice logo.  We distribute organic phosphate fertilizer in Europe.



Essentially, something that shows life, water, healthy plants, etc is what we would like.  We'd like a very simply logo that can be easily used on a website, brochures, letterhead, sacks of fertilizer, etc.   Solid colors would be best - shading can be difficult to reproduce on our bags.



Including the name in the logo would be great.

Our target market would be very large companies that sell fertilizer, generally not end consumers.
