Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design. Our company has been in business for 10 years in the dallas/ft worth metroplex. We service all makes & models of air conditioning systems, residential & commercial.
I have attached a letterhead that we use. I've kind of pictured the sun blowing hot air across "air conditioning" (which is written in an ice font, the air conditioning melting & running down into the "heating" (which is in red), running down into "& plumbing" (which is in blue).
But we are open to other ideas
