Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my new business called 'NINE DEGREES'. My business provides education and migration service, mainly help with various types of Australian visa application and course application. I want a modern and personalized logo with simple but elegant color. I want to see my logo contains features of Australia if possible, because I hope my client know it is an Australian based company when they see the logo. However, the Australian feature is not the "MUST" have one!
