Brief de Design de Logo

We need a company logo for a new company that helps source finance for property development projects on line. It should have a professional feel which conveys safe investing and development of buildings. Ideally the logo should have blue and white in it. It does not need to be complex, and should look 'easy to use' as it should appeal to builder/ developers as well as investors.
