An Overview / Background of the Business & Services: We are a high-end custom home builder. We generally work with higher net worth clients wanting a transitional, contemporary or modern design home. Our services including everything from initial design through build. As such, we are referred to as a Design/Build firm.

- The Target Market / Audience you are trying to reach: Sophisticated, educated, professional home buyers. Our clients are higher income, higher net worth families looking for a home that is uniquely suited to their lifestyle and aesthetic. Age group ranges from early 30's to mid 50's.

- Design Specifics: Clean, sophisticated, modern. Imagery like "clipart" is not what we
are looking for. Imagery as it pertains to design elements that highlight our name (and/or create more visual interest) would be great.
