I want a logo to display on my website and advertising material. I'd like it to be quite simple and cool, maybe with some kind of photography-related icon, but not necessarily. My photos tend to be quite minimalist (examples in the attachment) so I'd like that to be reflected in the logo. The Image Project is my brand name for my own photography but also workshops (i.e. outdoor tuition).
The advert is quite small and would go in a national UK monthly landscape photography magazine. I'd like to try and differentiate myself by having quite a clean and minimalist advert but without appearing too 'arty' or un-attainable. The target market is probably twofold: a) 20-35 year-olds who want to learn more about their new cameras (possibly got them as a present) and who want to try taking shots in a more social environment, and b) 35-55 year-olds who may have been taking photos for some time but want to step up a level and get some 1-on-1 advice on technical matters or just be shown around a new location that's good for photography.
