Brief de Design de Logo

we need a logo design for a new IT company based in Sydney australia called HomeIT Systems. We do Consulting, install, service and support for all IT systems in your house, starting with Internet connection, wifi, network, data storage, mobile sync and computer backup, ending with VPN services, and multimedia solutions.
If I see a good logo design, Im happy to increase money on this project.
Our website is www.homeIT.systems , I was thinking to incorporate H I T together as per my sketches (see below) but im open to other ideas too. Either below or next to logo will be HomeIT.systems, doesn't matter lower/upper case it just needs to readable as HOME IT, not homeit (2 colours or thin/bold maybe). Also needs to be recognisable in black and white printing. See other examples for ideas and colours.
It has to represent professionallity, quality, stability, sort of corporate look and feel.
