Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new Wine Bar located in Melbourne, Australia. The logo should reflect the vision for the brand of relaxed, approachable and friendly (a wine bar that doesn't take itself to seriously).
This wine bar will have a trendy industrial interior design, with a mix of concrete floors, white walls, and wooden, glass & metal furniture. Furnishings will soften this space with pops of colour.
The final design should be clean and not overcomplicated.
We would like to see both black & white, as well as single colour designs.
This logo will be used across multiple business signage and stationary requirements including coasters and rubber stamp.
