As a passionate designer I always try to connect your aims and goals to the perfect type of communication method. A .pdf in a mailbox may seem a little off, since the .pdf will always be an attachement or a 'detachement' from your text.

For the task you requested a .html email would be a best fit and more suitable for your high-end environment. Since you can make the text 'real' text in the email and it could create a more interactive and professional design.

Please let me know what you prefer or what you would like to receive. I would like to make a professional and high-end design but I don't want to waste time of course.
