Brief de Design Illustration

We need three characters developed and 5 scenes that will be placed in a PowerPoint presentation. I'd like the characters to have lots of personality, but the drawings should be very simple - just enough to show the emotion/personality. The three characters are:

Expert Edward - This is a male who is very experienced, should be in a shirt, tie and slacks. He's had 10+ years as a business/accounting/finance person, working for a school district. Edward should be smart, social, happy, academic and maybe even a tiny bit "absent-minded professor-ish".

Proficient Patty - This is a female. Should be a business suit or blouse and slacks. Patty is a financial professional, but new to school district business. She is organized and works hard.

Newbie - this is someone who is completely new to a finance/accounting type job and is learning the ropes.

Scenes needed:
Scene 1 - Expert Edward and Proficient Patty side by side
Scene 2 - Expert Edward in front of a room full of people speaking in a high intellectual fashion, but the audience is confused and scratching their heads.
Scene 3 - Expert Edward standing with a small group of other work colleagues laughing and joking... Newbie is off to the side feeling intimated and left out.
Scene 4 - Proficient Patty next to another person with a megaphone – Patty’s hair is blown back to demonstrate that the megaphone is loud. The other person has a bubble that says “What do you wish you would have known going into this job?”
Scene 5 - Newbie jumping up and down with joy!

When submitting work for the contest - I don't need all 5 scenes. Just develop one character and I'll judge it from there. Once a winner is selected, then I would want all of the scenes above developed.
