Brief de Design de Logo

Hello,

I need to have a logo created for a new website that I have just launched. The site is:

www.TheBestInterviewSite.com

I am building a personal brand and will be doing most of the posting as myself as well as having some photos of myself on the site. The site has only been up for a few days so there is much work to do.

We will be focusing mostly on helping technology professionals to be better interviewers for jobs, improve their resumes and negotiate more effectively to make more money. This will be through blog posts, videos and audio content.

Because we are not representing as this big professional site, we will have a Iighter and less "stuffy" attitude on the site. So, nothing Formal. I am hoping to see something that represents a successful interview with a very positive look. could be two people shaking hands (illustrated) or whatever you feel might be a good representation of the site name (The Best Interview Site)

As for colors, I am open. I do like the color blue, if that helps.

I am not sure if I need the name of the site on the logo. It's a long name, so not sure how well TheBestInterviewSite will fit (but would be nice if it's on there). Perhaps we have a version with no text and another version with the text.
