Brief de Design de Panneau

We are opening a BBQ Restaurant in Virginia. We have been in the business for 15 years but our first entrance in to the BBQ concept. I was just made aware of designcrowd yesterday, and thought I would give it a shot. In the past we have designed our own signs but welcome a professionals touch. The name of the business will be "Scoot's BBQ". The tag line will be "Pit Smoked Meats & Fried Seafood"
We would like to see some type of a "Cool" pig in the center of the sign? We live in an area that has a lot of watermen that wear White Fishing Boots so we thought we may want to "try" that..... but we are open to suggestions. The BBQ restaurant is located on a major HWY with significant visibility. It will be more of a family restaurant than bar. The colors we are working with now are barn reds and beiges inside (if that matters) The actual sign is Square with channel letter available below.
