Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in Nashville, TN (U.S.A.) called "HV Modern".HV Modern will focus solely on building new modern homes or modern renovations of older non-modern homes. Nashville is a young and vibrant city that has a huge market need/demand for a modern home builder that focuses solely on modern European type design. HV Modern is a custom home builder that engages unique projects that are second to none in design, materials and finishes.We are looking for our logo to project the following type of feel: Minimalistic, Modern, Stylish, Sleek and Luxury.Miscellaneous Note (but not part of this design): Once we finalize a logo for “HV Modern” we will most likely request/buy a second version of the logo that is named “HV Urban” which will be a sister company of HV Modern. We envision both logos looking very similar but will be open to all ideas and suggestions.
