Brief de Design de Logo

I need to have this logo recreated in high resolution to be placed on a 10 foot by 8 foot banner. Using this logo I also want to add words to the bottom of the logo. The words are: North Central Kansas Whitetail Hunts. I haven't decided what color I want the words in, maybe like the Git R Done wording or that of the Outfitters wording.
