The Intelligent Home

Cool Cottage is a professional site built homebuilding company who believes in challenging the status quo of homebuilding. We believe in thinking differently about new homes.

The way we challenge the status quo is by building beautifully designed smaller homes that are user friendly, highly energy efficient, and make an intelligent life statement about its owner.

We believe we are 'the' home builder for individuals, couples, and families who seek a wise alternative to the traditional large home, high monthly mortgage payments, and high operating costs.

If you're the type of person who wants to downsize your home so you can enjoy more of life, but still appreciates a well crafted energy efficient home then boy, do we have the home for you!

These are not cottages in terms of a lot of ornate, ginger bread type trim. The word cottage is used to imply a smaller home.

I'd like to incorporate blue (possibly Cobalt), green, and gray into the design, but those colors are not absolutely imperative.. These are smaller ( under 1500 sq. ft.) , homes. The final design should communicate...a small, COOL home that you'd be wise to consider owning. Looking for a progressive design.
