Brief de Design de Logo

Hello,

We are looking for a logo to fearture our housing development. The logo will be used on billboards, handouts and websites. The name of our company is Donwest Construction.

Name of Development - Sunset Bluffs

The housing development is located in Port Stanley in Ontario, Canada located on Lake Erie. It's a great place for semi-retired people who are still active because the town is known for it's beaches, fishing, water, hills and trees. The subdivision is located on top of a waterside hill (Bluff) and overlooks all of this. But it is surrouned by trees.

I have attached 3 logo's. The first is the companies logo and the other are images from past developments.

I have also included a colour pallet that we like. Please stick to these colour as the represent water, sand, tress, and sunsets.

The target market is wealthier people between the ages of 45 - 65. People who are about to retire and love the idea of living in a small waterside town.

• The logo should not be offensive and should be gentle to look at. No bright colours or sharp angles and lines.
