Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for product called iService which will be based on the www.service-now.com product but focused at the long tail end of the market. The logo needs to incorporate "powered by ServiceNow"

iService will be a IT Service Desk product with a target market of companies who have 5 to 20 internal IT staff and need a Service Desk/Help Desk to log and track issue. The technology that will be used will be the ServiceNow technology.

The design needs to be fresh whilst not to corporate as the target market is the lower end.
