pls confirm this is homepage design & coding only for this budget, no full site design or development or shopping ecommerce & paypal dynamic integration etc as this is competition
Also please guarantee the project so that the best designers will work on it

Hi. No ecommerce or shopping cart flow is needed. We need a website to advertise our services and photos of our work. I uploaded the logos in the design brief. I am not very clear on what "guarantee the project" means? Please advise?
