Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a new company.
We are located in Panamá and here we speak spanish, so if trying to use any writed thing must be in spanish. Prefer not.

The company is Called "GF Construcciones".
(Just in case means GF Constructions)
The GF means, "Germán-Fraiz" The last name of my wife and I.
She is an Architect, im Civil Engineer.


Our service its construction in general. Means building houses, comertial building ( aprox. 5 storys high), remodeling houses, ofices and apartments.
Our services also involve consulting and project advicing, construction project mannagment and project design.
(By project i try to mean Construcion Projects)

Our Company its kinda small and young. I mean our team are like 25-35 ages. I want a kind of serius and corporative look, but that also look fresh and young.

I would like that the logo could be easily used on white paper because its primarily use would be for presenting propousals, bills, and receipts.
But not a requeriment a white the background color.

I also would like that the design communicate reliability, trustfullness.
