Brief de Design de Flyer

I need a flyer design for my home based dog grooming business. This flyer will be used for letterbox drops and supplied to local businesses such as vets. I may also extend the design at a later date for business cards as well.
Key advantages I want highlighted are listed below. They are listed in order of importance so that if the flyer becomes too busy, the less important items can be left off:
- "one on one personalised service where the groomer listens to your needs"
- NO CAGING...pets groomed immediately
- the same groomer for your pet at each groom, making your pet more comfortable
- local business in Gordon Park
- modern, air-conditioned salon
- VIP program offering discounts for regular clients

- strip-outs
- breed specific clips
- and more...

I have no strong preferences for colours, however, as I am a male groomer, I don't want the flyer to be too feminine but also not too masculine as many of the prospective customers are female.

I have seen good examples of flyers with images of dogs being groomed on them and flyers with just images of dogs on them and I have no preference for either - it will depend on the overall look of the flyer. If you wish to include images of dogs being groomed, I have uploaded 38 images of dogs being groomed taken from my salon. I don't want images of anyone else grooming dogs on the flyer. As i cater to all size dogs, any images of dogs do not need to limited to small breeds.

The flyer size will be DL (99 x 210 mm) and can be single or double sided. If you plan on doing double sided, please ensure the list of services offered is shown on the front side.

As an example of several designs I have seen before, in 2012 there was a project for Geraldton Groomers. From designs submitted, I liked #1135917, #1137543, #1135911 and probably would have gone for #1140593. I did not like the winner.
