Brief de Design de Logo

Require a logo for our rental property called "Ocean Dreams", which is a small but exclusive redeveloped 1st line beach property with a 180 degree view over the Meia Praia 3 km beach in Lagos Portugal.
The property is private in the sense from the front of the property nobody can see in, when you stop into the house the large windows opens up a fantastic wide panoramic view over the sand dunes and the beach.
All modern cons, underfloor heating, aircon, white tiled pool with separate jacuzzi. Please see pictures attached to this project to give you some inspiration. We want it to be a luxury feel to the logo as the website will also have an upmarket feel to it.
Most people are amased when they come over to visit and we want to entice people this is a luxury little gem on the beach.
