Brief de Design de Carte
We are a chiropractic and massage practice in Williamsburg, Virginia. We would like to offer our patients a loyalty card for if they buy 7 (60 min) massages then they will get one free. (ex: like a 'punch card'), our staff members would make a special hole punch on the card every time they get an hour massage. We would have to have exclusions listed on the card though as well. (for example: cannot be combined with any other discount or offer. Cannot be combined with insurance, Medicare, auto accident or workmen's compensation claims)

- I included a picture of a screenshot of our current gift card design which I like. It is the front and back of the gift card. It doesn't have any cheesy pictures on it, and looks very professional.
Ne doit pas comporter
- Do not want it to look like a SPA card. It is a professional chiropractic office, although do not want pictures of spines, etc.
