Full Moon Talent Marketing Project
Client Background

Full Moon Talent is a talent acquisition and staffing firm that specializes in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) career disciplines. Our client base is international and primarily comprised of financial services organizations, but not exclusively. We are a growth stage firm that seeks to increase brand awareness and credibility in the marketplace in order to drive prospective candidates, clients, and business partners.

The Full Moon Talent corporate brand presence and marketplace awareness is minimal but we have the basic components and assets from which to build upon. The Full Moon brand is limited to direct sales efforts, word of mouth, corporate website, blog, and small social network following. To date we have also run some social media ad campaigns but with no ROI. See below for more detail:

Our primarily objective is to optimize our existing logo in order to prepare the firm for a complete branding overhaul which would drive brand awareness and increase revenue opportunities. We are looking to “move out from the shadows” and into the spotlight where we can showcase our compelling niche in the marketplace. This logo redesign will be the start of our plans.

Project Scope/Requirements

We are seeking a subject matter expert partner who will do the following in support of the desired state mentioned above:

1. Review Full Moon’s existing logo
2. Provide design mock-up of a new, more professional logo that removes the wolf from the image
3. Work with Full Moon on any changes
