Brief de Design de T-shirt

Djibouti Joe's is a fictional bar/restraunt/outfitters/traders located in the city of Djibouti, Djibouti Africa. Theme should be of a rugged well-worn trading company that exists in a post French Colonial African country. The saying on the shirt should be "I'd rather be in Djibouti" and also include a smart logo for the company "Djibouti Joe's." The overall intent is to start a t-shirt company which makes apparel for the fictional bar/restraunt/outfitters/traders Djibouti Joe's.

Updates

Shirt colors I'd like to print on are: white, light brown, tan, green, and light gray.  After driving around the city, I got more of a sense of what I want.  There are alot of older run down buildings with old wooden signs.  I'd like the logo to be something like an old wooden sign with faded paint.  Lighter colors (faded blue, red, green) on sunbleached wood (think nautical, old boats etc.)

One of Djibouti's key features is the sea and a few beaches it has which are in sharp contrast to the land.  The land is a barren desert with craggy vulcanic rock while the sea is bright blue, beautiful and full of interesting sea life and shipwrecks.
