Brief de Design de Logo

We would like a logo for a new web and mobile dating site focused on heterosexual Indians and other South Asians living in North America. The name, "Kaneckt", is for the unique and innovative ways we will have of "connecting" people.

The logo should communicate that we are:
Modern, innovative
Grounded, trustworthy
An exciting home from which to find companionship

• Easily readable letters

• We are considering two options, the first being fairly specific:
• 1. A text-only, or text-mainly, logo
• The end letter 't' will be in red, suggestive of the bride wearing red. The 'k' next to it may be connected to the 't', from the upper right stroke of the 'k' to the left side of the cross of the 't'. Like they were holding hands, perhaps the 't' almost dancing. Please, no literal hands.
• We are open to color suggestions for the rest of the letters. Much extra consideration for fonts or lettering that are unique to this project.
• 2. Something with a symbol involved. This is unlikely to be the final choice, as we think it is very difficult to get right. But if you can, there is a very good chance you will end up the winner. If you are going to try this, the symbol should be very distinctive and timeless.
• In both cases, easy readability of the name is key. The first letter does not have to be capitalized.
• If you think you have a great idea that breaks any of these rules... by all means show us what you've got.
