Brief de Web Design

I am a physician (gastroenterologist) and I need an SEO optimized/ UI /UX design web site designed with contact form, tracking, mobile website, with facebook, twitter, linked in and other social media page designed and linked.

I want to be ale to update the website myself in the future

there will be a possible news feed link to it as well if I find one online. there maybe short video clips on it as well like video reviews. or myself introducing myself and my practice. ( I will make the short clips).

there should be a link where people can enter their email or cell phone number and have the directions texted or emailed to them.

there will be an area wehre pt can request appointments online. this will just send a text or email to my scheduler to call them and schedule an appointment.

most of the information content can be found online on national websites


I anticipate the website to be up to 10-15 pages

Blue should be incorporated in the website as most medical websites have that color
