Brief de Design de Carte Postale

I am promoting a local school tax levy increase. I need a post card that helps market this. I saw a nice one online that someone did and I'd like something similar. I am attaching a picture of it.
Our election is April 7, 2015 and we want people to vote YES on it!
My bullet points will be: Our Children Our District Our Future
Our colors are Kelly Green and Canary but it is not mandatory that the postcards be those colors. I really like the image I sent you.
We also need to have the name of the ballot measure in smaller print under the date on the side which is: "Proposition West Plains North High School"
We also need it to say: "Advertisement paid for by the West Plains North High School Election Committee, Sandi Dawson Treasurer.
For the back, you can put our name, address, and a picture of our proposed school which is image #2. You can also put: Call Brian Powers @ 417-293-9323 for more information or to register for an upcoming Q&A forum.
