Brief de Design Annonce

We need to post a job advert in various trade publications to advertise a new position within our business. The dimensions of the advert vary between publications and therefore we need the same adverts in three different dimensions (two are the same):
Publication 1 (MT)- Half page -12cm x 4cols (120mm high x 175mm wide)
Publication 2 (CD) - Half Page - (142mm high x 190mm wide)
Publication 3 (AM) - Half Page - (180mm high x 128mm wide)
Publication 4 (FN) - Half Page - (180mm high x 128mm wide)

We are an innovative and young online vehicle auction company that has grown rapidly over the past 3 years since launch and we are now looking to recruit an experience Sales Director to help maintain our growth hence the ad. Our corporate colours are red/black/white and we want the ad to the striking and to grab everyones attention...its as much about promoting the business as it is finding the ideal candidate! Our website might give you an idea of style however we are open to suggestions as long as the colours are the same. The majority of our website uses the font 'folks'
I've attached the initial wording for the advert and if you can think of any additional strap-lines to accompany it then I'm more than happy to listen!
