Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for our flower growing business Hartsocks Horticulture Inc. We grow annuals and also install them in flower beds. We have 10 greenhouses that we grow our flowers in. We also install over 3 acres of flowerbeds a year and have dubbed our selves flower ninjas (please no ninjas in logo). I would like a professional looking logo, I am a third generation flower grower. We perform excellent service to landscape professionals and offer exceptional product. I am open to creative interpretation on this logo but have a rough sketch uploaded on a design I have thought of.
