Brief de Web Design

Hi all,

I require a refresh of my home page here www.interviewgold.com

I will keep the logo and branding colours and video - however the video can be re-sized and re-design as required to fit with the new site.

All other aspects are open to re-design however while I want it to look new and updated visitors must be able to recognise that it is the same website.

I have a wireframe/mock up however I will require you to use your excellent design skills to make it look great. This is just a rough guide so be creative with where you place blocks, content and images - design does not have to follow this wireframe strictly. So long as all content can be included in a clean minimalist manner.

Re-design in summary:
1. Clean, easy to read
2. Professional
3. Message of Trust and Success
4. Use success stories and in the press stories to convey trust
5. Re-design menu and calls to action
6. Re-design buttons

I need blocks added as follows:
1. For Universities
2. For Employers
3. For Specialist Interviews
4. In the Press
5. Quote from successful client/success story
6. Sign up to newsletter

2. Additional block called Interview Answer Test - see wireframe

NOTE: While wireframe includes images from the above sites obviously you will need to re-design to fit my site. The wireframe is just to give you a broad idea of what I have in mind but feel free to be as creative as possible.

Winning design will be clean, fresh, gives a message of success and trust, modern and in line with my branding. I prefer minimal, clean, web 2.0 style designs, limited colours.

Also the winner will be someone whose design makes me excited and gives me something that I haven't thought of myself.

UPDATE: main body text must be on a white background, not dark or coloured
