I'm not 100% on these yet but how about:

It's going to be A4 or Letter sized so there's quite a bit of room.

Default size of the ebook is 9 X 6 inches . Do You want that type of cover ?

How many pages will your book contain ?, to calculate the spine space, and is 6x9 ok for the front and back ?

This 'ebook' will be a guide and I'll print it on 8.5 by 11 inches (216 mm x 279 mm), or letter size from 'Create Space'. Similarly it will be a PDF product so the electronic version will be 'Letter' sized too.

The book is 40 pages long, Letter Sized: 8.5 by 11 inches (216 mm x 279 mm). I'm not sure if there will be enough room for printing on the spine?

Looks Interesting! Can you make it as a guaranteed one?

Can you upload some Photographs or the kind of images you want on the cover? I think that will help!

I'm not sure what you mean by 'a guaranteed one' as I've never used this website before. I usually use Elance...

An image of a 'normal' sailboat would be fine - not a luxury boat....just a normal sailboat with a main sail and a head sail. Or an image of someone using a VHF radio on a sailboat. Just did an 'image' search:
