Brief de Design de Logo

I need a professional logo for my law practice (The Law Office of Sean P. Costello) that is fairly conservative but different. I think something the name of the firm and its initials, SPC,or a modest graphic instead of initials (like the Columbus skyline) would be good. Because this is for a law practice, I'm limited in how bold I can be, and the logo will mainly be for correspondence, bus. cards, possibly website, but I definitely want something different than the typical firm name plus scales of justice. Ideally, the logo would incorporate something specific to Ohio or that conveys in some way (whether form of text, image, etc.) a focus on people and small business (as opposed to large mega corps).
