The Realter who are selling house for their clients or the clients themselves??? because the overall representation would be very different. As for the name Such a Deal Property Services LLC, what is LLC stand for? does people understand the general term of LLC in your country? Is your company would be a up market Propert services? I do not have a official company logo. My target audience are the clients themselves the home owners. LLC stands for Limited Liability Company. The LLC does not have to be pronounced in the design. My company appeals to many income market mostly moderate incomes. The size would be for something large in the back of the shirt but I would also like something in the left corner that might reflect the design in the back.

By something in the left corner do you mean on the front or back? Also upper or lower?

So would it be fair to say that you are looking for a logo? would you like a design leaning toward illustration or typography?

Doesn't have to be a logo. Probably more of an illustration. I want you to look at the shirt and then figure out its a company shirt. Not just a walking billboard.
