Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for my healthcare office, Essential Health. We are an alternative healthcare office including chiropractic care, functional and foundational medicine, nutritional/health evaluations based on blood/lab work, detoxification, and lifestyle changes and modifications. We think outside the box to help those people and conditions that don't respond to traditional medical care or that don't want to just take medicines for the rest of their lives. We are an office that treat people not as just patients but like family. Our motto is Foundation for Health Essential for Life. We want to be their number 1 choice. I have uploaded my logo from my initial thoughts. The marks in the top of the box are a cross. Wanted a cross showing our strong faith in helping people but wanted it blended and not a focal point of the logo. There for people to see if they wanted to look close enough, but not offensive to others.
