Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for a new plumbing company based in San Francisco/ Marin County. We focus on residential plumbing and I am a third generation plumbing business owner in the area.

I would like a simple circular logo with a old fashioned, classic feel to it. Larger lettering with Dill Plumbing Company, Third generation, and San Francisco-Marin should be in the outer circle. An additional inner circle with smaller type listing: CA License # 980312, Bonded, Insured should be included in the inner circle. Centered within the logo circle should be a single water drop. I would like the background color to be a darker blue shade with white lettering in a more old fashioned, classic font type.

The first is a very rough sketch of the logo.

The second is a similar logo, I would like a font similar to this, I know the layout is a little different than the first example but feel free to do something like this one if it looks better design wise.
