Brief de Web Design

People Review Site
We are in the process of building a site that reviews people in different categories (Eg Students, Politicians, actors etc.).
Ideally the design would be similar to http://smartreviewer.sg.umbrella-web.com/ or hotornot.com

We have the engine ready but the front end needs to be worked on and the deliverables will include HTML, Royalty Free Images and CSS for the responsive design.

Users are able to post anyone's profile (name and category combination being unique) to the site along with their comments (see profile page details below). Other users will be able to comment and will be able to vote (thumbs up and thumbs down) after logging in.
We need a design that will have the following features :
1. Home Page :
The layout should be more Web2.0 type design and should have
Search (Based on category / name / handle)
Add Profile Button -> Should take to login page that will lead to profiles management page
Login (my Account)– See Login Result Page for what happens.
Featured Listing / New / Latest Listings
A small excerpt about us with space for an introduction video
This should also have a placeholder for fb/twitter feed.
Bottom should have links for about us type pages - standard text pages

2. Search Results page

The results should be like pinterest – keep scrolling down and get new results.
Result should have the name/handle and the categories the person is in, thumbs up and thumbs down rating (profile voted by other people) and starting 20 words of one of the characteristics of the profile(explained below). Clicking on the result will take the user to Profile Information Page for that individual.
There needs to be a link for creating a new profile.

3. Profile Information Page

Page will have the following information about the person :
Name / Handle
Category
Comments & Supporting Information (that have been entered by the person who has created the profile)
Thumbs-up and Thumbs down count with option to vote
Followup comments by other users
Place for the user to enter his / her comments and rating

When anyone wants to post a comment about a listing, they have to connect using their email or FB account and signup – Then they will be redirected to be able to add the comments.

4. Login Results Page (Profiles Management Page)

• Show all profiles / entries that the user has created. Allow to edit the information about the profiles. Also be able to change own profile – password etc.
• Show all profiles that user has voted on or commented on.
• Link to Add New Profile

5. Add Profile Page :
• Name / Handle
• Category/Categories for this profile
• Supporting information (Pictures)
• Associated website link
• Comment Text Area for detailed review.
