Brief de Design Illustration

I need an illustration for my website.

My website is a social community for creative writers. I would like an illustration of a pen writing a phrase onto some paper. The phrase should state "we write therefore we are" and be in a style of running writing or cursive.
I would like the illustration to be in black and white, with nice clean lines.
