Is this a real name because I've designed thousands of print, logo designs, etc and it seems to be too generic.
Wouldn't the actual name be William Hudspeth Counseling Services, LLC?

Yes "Counseling Services LLC" is the legal name registered in the state of Hawaii....that's why this is a challenge....

I was hoping to get something like this as part of the design...
