Brief de Design de T-shirt

We need a t-shirt designed for an inspirational message that is commonly uttered in Team Elmer's construction industry work environment. The phrase represents our (Team Elmer's) "can do" attitude, commitment to on-time delivery, and great problem solving abilities. Two sided or one-sided Tshirt. On light or dark material (ash gray or black t-shirt). Our logo will be on the shirt with the phrase "We'll Get It Done. We Always Do!" or "We'll Get-R-Done. We Always Do!" Four color screen print if possible. If design is intricate up to 8 color screen print possible.
We envisioned a left chest logo - Tagline phrase Get A Load of This! on the front of the shirt and "We'll Get-R-Done. We Always Do!" Phrase on the back. OR simplified "We'll Get It Done. We Always Do!" on one side (front) of t-shirt and left chest logo.
If you can incorporate an excavator or other construction equipment, that would be appreciated.
