Brief de Design de Logo

We need a new logo that better describes the complex services we offer medical offices and facilities. We're currently called ScribeNow and will continue to have this as a subsidiary of MedOptim. ScribeNow has a color scheme which you can find on www.scribenow.com and I've uploaded the logo as well: we'd like for MedOptim to have complimentary colors. MedOptim will have major healthcare clients so we want a very professional look with the flexibility of having a name lots of different services can be put under.
