Brief de Design de Carte Postale

I am a consumer product contract manufacturing and packaging consultant. I service the following industries: food, nutritional supplements, hair care, skin care, cosmetics and electronics. I serve as a 3rd party supply chain management solution so that my customers can focus on selling their product and growing their business vs. dealing with the actual manufacturing & packaging of their product. Advertising agencies are often contacted in the early stages of product design. During this early stage is an ideal time for us to take a look at the product, manufacturing & packaging and provide feedback on feasibility, cost, lead times, etc. We need a postcard that encourages the production manager at the advertising agency to include us (at no cost) at the 'round table' early in the product design stages.

Per the attached clip art: I'm envisioning something like this, eye catching, that depicts the various people at the board room meeting: The consumer product company owner, the ad firm designer, the ad firm PR/marketing person and myself the manufacturing & packaging consultant. Perhaps centered on the table will be a 2oz all natural shot drink with a shrink sleeve on it & inside its display box.
