Brief de Design de T-shirt

We need a T-shirt design for our 2015 business theme as we inspire the employees to stretch and reach further. The company name is Primary Services (logo attached). The theme for 2015 is
Talent.
Bring it.
The company is a staffing company and we want employees and job seekers to "bring it" to work. We would like designs that will work on dark color t-shirts - purple, navy, black, etc. We would like the year 2015 and the company logo on the shirt somewhere (maybe the arm?). We are looking for WordArt style artwork and perhaps an illustration of a person could work with it, too. One design would work with TALENT being a block font and Bring it in script font. The final design should communicate a "hip, with it" culture that is full of people who really care about others. This is an environment where people create success and people are our business.
