Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for a logo that we can use on our web site, polo-shirts, business cards and proposals. We are a government services firm, selling IT and Software integration projects. Agile represents our culture and methodology, Six represents Service, Integrity and eXperience. Our main sell is trust. We are 3 very senior (20+ years each) engineers and we want to communicate trust and those values (Service, Integrity and eXperience).
Should work in black & white for proposals. Colors are open but we like blue and reds. We want it to be mildly "techie" but balanced with tradition. We are a new firm and we need the government buyers to trust us. Some ideas are attached.

Customers are Department of Defense agencies and other contractors who work with them. Most often a single color logo is used as it must also be included in written proposals that are often transmitted via fax (so must look good in black & white).
