Brief de Design de Logo

I'm adding the file that was sent to me. Please review Logo and capture the complete Logo. It appears to be somewhat cutoff around edge.
I'm only requesting one designer maazulhaq to work on this design.
He's done a super job for us, and request only him.
This part of the request is for already purchased logo.

2nd requested logo: > this would be addition and what I will pay for on this design.
Also, maazulhaq, I would like to request another logo, and will add the extra money to this project.
Would like for you to produce our same design, but take out the "+" sign, and replace with the word "plus".
Please try running the "plus" spelled out down the side of the A\, or something like that.
I would like to have the rights to both logos. We already have the first, just requesting to adjust it.
Again, please: We're only requesting Maazulhaq for this design.
