Do you want to use the existing photos, and if so, are they available in a high resolution (300 dpi)? Also, do you prefer the horizontal format in your sample or is that optional?

One final question for you: is the green and blue bar design a graphic standard requirement for the headline?

The green and blue colors should be used in those exact shades. They are the ones in the logo and should not be changed. The bar itself is not a standard.

The pics are not available in higher res. I only use them in a thumbnail (very small) size.

If the QR code can be added in a place that does not impact the overall look, that's worth looking at, I guess.

Existing photos are from the web. Can't get high res versions. I used them only as thumbnails. You can propose different ones. Thank you.

Since high res images are necessary for printing on a commercial press, I will look into finding something appropriate in my files.
