I have bit confusion the menu dimensions your said " Our menu is a three fold menu , double sided. First two panels are 15 x 8 1/2 and the third panel is 15 x 7 1/2 "

1.it is size cm or inches ?
2. your mention is first 2 panel size 15 height x 8.5 wide , 3 panel size 15 height x 7.5 wide my question is how can you fold it,
make sure this dimensions is right?

Yes, in inches and the first to panel's are the same size and the third panel which folds in is alittle shorter in width.

We are not stuck to any size except would like to keep it to no more than three pages or 6 sides..
