I know this is a low budget project for most designers but this is the budget I'm able to work with at the moment. I need a full webiste with the following sections listed in the description of the project. I have guaranteed the project and once the company has gained more capital I will make sure to follow-up and have the same designer work on projects proceeding this one.

What i am asking is if you want fully functional website, or only the .psd design of the website. Because if you need fully functional website there is another option which is Web - code required.
