Brief de Design de Logo
We are an Indian/Nepalese restaurant located in Helsinki, Finland looking for a new, more modern logo.
Our aim since our establishment in 1993 has been to serve delicious and high-quality classic Indian/Nepalese dishes in a nice ambiance that attracts both families and groups of friends. We want to keep that basic idea but update our visual identity to the present day.
The restaurant's name - Himalaya - derives from the Himalayan mountain range. Our logos until now have included a symbol of a mountain, but we don't have a clear preference as to whether our new logo should comprise one. We do however prefer having a symbol in addition to the wordmark (text). With or without a mountain (range) symbol, the logo should be simple yet unique and stylish. Although being a modern logo, it should visually reflect that it is of an Indian/Nepalese restaurant.
To give a better idea of what we are looking for, below is a link to a web page that has collected some good Asian-style logos that we think are very nice looking and similar to what we are looking for.
