@mankecreative Thanks. Currently, we do not have any reference that's why I'm looking for proposals. It is very important that the design be attractive and creative since it will be show to VVIPs. For confidentiality reasons, I cannot submit my company's logo but you may place any logo for now. Please note that common entries in the agenda includes flight schedule, hotel arrivals, meeting VIPs and so on (basically events of a visiting political delegate) so flat icons is required to represent these activities.

So you want the agenda to be flat? Well I think I can put some fancy logo that you are able to change later. I get the idea but it will be easier for you and for me if you have some kind of sketch or drawing. But don't worry, I'll do my idea and you will decide.
