Brief de Design de Bannière

Mamsy is the largest daily deal site for moms, kids and babies in Russia, which provides offers with discounts up to 70%.
We need 3 banners for our flash sale, all banners must be on a white background, all must be static and be in 2 versions, so when you hover over banner the picture changes. Banners' style should differ from other banners which refer to deals (like zulily's banners "Invite a friend, earn $20", they are attached).

Purpose: filling the empty space on the main page in case of absence of the necessary number of deals' banners. The example of our main page is attached.

1st static banner:
